Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and Bars. A 2 minute walk from the main beach & seconds from a smaller beach for those that like a swim, not to mention a lovely sea view. The flat sleeps 8 & has a modern spacious feel with a king size bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds and a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom & a sofa bed in the lounge. New kitchen and freshly decorated.
A large modern flat right in the heart of Swanage. Close to all the town has to offer. It’s also in a great spot to enjoy all that is going on in the town. The view across Swanage Bay is spectacular. In peak season it can be noisy from the surrounding bars and restaurants so if you are looking for peace and quiet this may not be best suited for you. There is a bar in the basement to the building and on busy weekend they can have bands on so can be noisier so please be aware that you can hear this in the flat till closing please do not leave bad reviews for this as you have been informed and is not in my control.
The bus and train station is only a 5 minute walk away there are also lots of fantastic walks to explore.

Please be aware that this flat is right in the middle of Swanage which is always busy and can be noisy. Bedding and towels are all freshly laundered and the apartment is always immaculate. On your arival you will find fresh milk in the fridge with tea and coffee supplied. Everything we think you'll need is supplied, including bedding, towels, cooking and dining equipment.
