The apartment was actually a lot bigger than I had thought it would be. Great kitchen and dining/lounge area with a lovely view out to the sea. Very close to the town centre and seafront. By all accounts the bars attached to the building can get a bit noisy but we didn't have to worry about that for the days we were there - noise levels were perfectly acceptable. All in all would wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

This place is fabulous! Great location, beautifully clean and looked after. They have thought of everything. We forgot to bring our playing cards but found some in a cupboard full of games to borrow. We loved the fact it felt like a holiday home which is very much loved by the owners. We will be booking again.

Location was great. lovely views. lounge, kitchen and dining area were large, modern and very comfortable. second bedroom was a bit tight and having no view from the window was not ideal. quite noisy from the people moving around upstairs. biggest problem in genealogy general was having only one toilet for all of us. overall it was really good.

Great stay with my friends. Easy access to the property. Tim and Beck give us plenty of information regarding check in and things to do in Swanage. Very spacious flat with loads of light and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean throughout besides an en-suite shower- was a bit mouldy shower head however another bathroom was perfect. Overall amazing stay definitely would recommend.

Stunning flat with beautiful views! Really enjoyed our comfy beds. Parking was limited outside of the flat but easy to find around the corner. The only negative was the noise from the bar downstairs but it was quiet by 12am. Thank you for a lovely stay!
